硅灰对实心方桩混凝土性能的影响

摘要
探讨了不同硅灰掺量和硅灰替代水泥比例对实心方桩混凝土性能的影响,以及硅灰对水泥水化产物微观结构的影响。结果表明:掺加硅灰可以提高实心方桩混凝土强度,并降低水泥使用量,硅灰的最优掺量为5%,替代水泥最大比例为1:4,水泥水化产物微观结构更加均匀、致密。
Abstract
The influence of silica fume content and silica fumereplacing cement ratio on the performance of solid square pile concrete,and the influence of silica fume on the microstructure of cementhydration products were discussed. The results show that addingsilica fume can improve the strength of solid square pile concrete andreduce the use of cement. The optimal dosage of silica fume is 5%, themaximum ratio of replacement cement rate is 1:4, and the microstructureof cement hydration products is more uniform and compact.
