Abstract
Prefabricated hardcover housing can improve productioncapacity to reduce pollution and other factors，the current governmentvigorously promote.This paper analyzes the contradiction，pain point，matters needing attention and experience of electromechanical specialtyin the period of prefabricated hardcover residence，which is differentfrom the cooperation between cast-in-place roughcast residence andother majors.
