摘要
电力建设工程项目的管理控制，关键是设计。电力工程设计的管理，应立足于减少工程造价，努力使有限的资金能够更有效的应用于电力网络安全可靠性的提升。对电力工程的管理要贯穿电力工程的设计、电力设备的选择、电力工程的施工、验收等各个环节。可见，对电力工程的设计进行管理不仅是对电网的安全负责，也是相关法律法规的要求。下面就对电力建设工程设计项目管理中存在的问题及对策进行分析与探讨。
Abstract
design is the key to the management and control of electricpower construction project. The management of power engineeringdesign should be based on reducing engineering cost and makingefforts to make limited funds more effective in improving the safety andreliability of power network. The management of power engineeringshould run through the design of power engineering, selection of powerequipment, construction and acceptance of power engineering. It canbe seen that the design management of power engineering is not onlyresponsible for the safety of power grid, but also the requirements ofrelevant laws and regulations. The problems and countermeasures in themanagement of electric power construction project are analyzed anddiscussed below.
