摘要
项目成本管理对企业的经济效益最大化有重要影响。在实际项目实施过程中，存在着企业员工成本管理意识薄弱、材料采购成本失控及工期成本缺乏有效控制等问题。对此，本文对这些影响因素分别进行分析并提出了相应措施。

Project cost management has important influenceon enterprise's economic benefit maximization. In the process ofactual project implementation, there are some problems such as weakconsciousness of cost management of enterprise staff, out-of-controlof material purchase cost and lack of effective control of projectperiod cost.
