摘要
党的十八大以来生态城市建设中对节水型城市和非传统水资源利用都有相关要求，我国已把节水作为一项重大国策。本文以我国近年来节水和中水利用的新政策及其趋势为基础，提出了在建筑领域尤其是老旧小区功能提升改造、绿色建筑及海绵小区的建设中，应坚持“先户内、后户外、优水优用、就近利用”改造、建设原则，做好建筑领域内再生水利用工作，实现节水减污目标
Abstract
Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CommunistParty of China, water-saving cities and non-traditional water resourceshave been required in the construction of eco-cities.China has takenwater-saving as a major national policy.Based on the new policies andtrends of water saving and reclaimed water utilization in China in recentyears, this paper puts forward that in the construction field, especiallyin the functional upgrading and transformation of old residential areas,green buildings and sponge residential areas, we should adhere tothe transformation and construction principles of “first indoor, thenoutdoor, excellent water use, near utilization” and do a good job in theconstruction field.Utilization of internal reclaimed water to achieve thegoal of water saving and pollution reduction.
