摘要

本文结合某装配整体式框架 - 现浇剪力墙结构介绍了一体化设计理念在装配式建筑设计领域中的应用。项目建筑平面采用标准化、模块化设计,便于结构拆分;结构设计遵循“少规格、多组合”的原则,统一梁板柱规格,降低建造成本;将内装设计与建筑结构设计同时进行,并全设计阶段采用BIM 技术进行串联,做到多专业的协同配合,大大减少返工,节约施工成本。项目同时应用了绿色建筑设计技术,对项目的通风和采光进行了模拟和分析,提高建筑物的舒适度,最大限度的节约资源,包括节能、节地、节水、节材等,保护环境和减少污染。

Abstract

This paper introduces the application ofintegrated design concept through an assembled integral frame-shear wall structure. Standardized and modular design is adoptedin the construction plane of the project, which is convenient forstructure splitting; Structural design follows the principle of"less specifications, more combinations" and unifies beam, slaband column specifications,which will reduce construction costs.The interior design and architectural structure design are carriedout simultaneously, and the BIM technology is used in the wholedesign stage, so as to achieve muti-professional coordination,which greatly reduce rework and save construction costs. At thesame time, the green building design technology is applied tosimulate and analyze the ventilation and lighting of the project,so as to improve the comfort of the building and save resourcesto the maximum extent, including energy saving, land saving,water saving, material saving, environmental protection andpollution reduction.
