大跨双层分段式主缆威亚系统施工控制关键技术

第七届世界军人运动会开幕式、闭幕式的威亚表演设施工程上跨武汉市体育中心场馆,主要由钢塔、锚锭、主缆3个部分组成,采用双层分段式主缆系统,跨度布置为(40+380+40)m.基于有限元软件对威亚系统施工全过程进行计算分析,确定双层分段式主缆安装方法,为各施工阶段主缆索力、线形调整提供技术支撑,实现了主缆安装线形;同时,通过技术研究,采用装配式设计、工厂化制造、现场预拼保证钢塔拼装精度,利用无人机牵引先导索保障体育馆索膜结构安全,运用横移式循环牵引系统提高主缆安装工效;为工程安全、快速实施提供了技术保障,为类似工程施工提供可借鉴的工程经验.
Key Technologies for the Construction Control of Long-Span Double-Deck Segmented Main Cable Wire System
The wire system performance facility project for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 7th Military World Games spans the Wuhan Sports Center venue,which is mainly composed of three parts,steel tower,anchor ingot,main cable.A double-deck segmented main cable system is adopted,and the span arrangement is(40+380+40)m.Using finite element software,the whole construction process of wire system is calculated and analyzed,and the installation method of double-deck sectional main cable is determined,which provides a technical support for the adjustment of main cable force and line shape in each construction stage,and realizes the line shape of main cable installation.At the same time,through technical research,preassembly design,factory manufacturing and on-site preassembling are adopted to ensure the assembling accuracy of steel towers,the UAV traction pilot cable guarantees the safety of the cable membrane structure of the gymnasium,and the transverse circulation traction system improves the installation efficiency of the main cable.This study provides a guarantee for the safe and rapid implementation of the project,and provides valuable experience for the construction of similar structures.
