Static Test on Folding Prefabricated Frame Structures
In order to obtain the static behavior of the folding prefabricated frame structure, the horizontal and vertical static loading tests of the two full-scale folding frames were carried out.In this paper, the deformation characteristics, bearing capacity and failure modes of the specimens are studied, and the mechanical behaviors of the specimens under different loading cases are analyzed, and the laws affecting the bearing capacity are obtained. The test results show that the overall deformation of the braced frame structure is in the elastic stage under static loading in the normal service state, and the positive and negative displacement trends under horizontal loading are basically the same. The addition of braces has a greater impact on the stiffness of the folding frame. When the horizontal ultimate load is applied, the unrecoverable deformation occurs at the brace connection of the braced frame structure first, and the local failure occurs at the connection between the lower end of the side column and the lower brace, which needs to be optimized. The moment-rotation curves of the upper and lower beam-column joints have the same trend, but the initial stiffness of the upper joint is significantly weaker than that of the lower joint, and the initial stiffness of the beam-column joints on the same floor is basically the same. The equivalent stress of each key point of the frame is equal in the process of reversed loading, and the structure is generally under a safe state.
