摘要

以云南红河综合交通枢纽单层曲面网壳为工程背景,对网壳结构、提升塔架的关键杆件布置测点进行施工过程监测研究,分析了结构在地面拼装及整体提升过程中内力的变化情况.通过对施工过程中网壳结构的温度效应进行研究,探讨了边界约束作用强弱对结构内力变化的影响程度,温度每变化1℃引起的网壳合拢后应力变化是合拢前应力变化的3倍;合拢后,温度每变化1℃引起网壳远离支座杆件的应力变化是靠近支座应力变化的2倍;对提升阶段监测数据进行分析,提升过程中实测应力波动范围在10 MPa以内,吊点提升同步性较好;此外,网壳结构卸载阶段监测数据表明,由于网壳提升状态与使用状态受力基本一致,网壳卸载前后应力变化较小,且卸载后支撑结构对温度敏感性较高.

Abstract

Taking the single-layer curved reticulated shell of Honghe integrated transportation hub in Yunnan as the background,the key rods of the reticulated shell structure and lifting tower are monitored during the construction process and the internal force changes of the structure during the ground assembly and overall lifting are analyzed.The temperature effect of reticulated shell structure in the construction process is studied,and the influence of boundary constraint strength on the structural temperature stress is discussed.After the reticulated shell is installed,the stress change caused by temperature change of 1℃increases about 3 times that before the reticulated shell is installed.After installation,when the temperature changes by 1℃,the stress change of the reticulated shell away from the bearing bar is twice as much as that near the bearing.According to the analysis of the monitoring data in the lifting stage,the measured stress fluctuating in the lifting process is less than 10 MPa,and the lifting synchronization of the lifting point is good.In addition,the monitoring data of the reticulated shell structure at unloading stage are analyzed.The lifting state of the reticulated shell is basically the same as that in service state,and the stress difference of the reticulated shell before and after unloading is small.After unloading,the support structure is also highly sensitive to temperature.
