不同畸变研究方法在薄壁箱梁畸变计算中的差异分析

为揭示偏心竖向荷载作用下薄壁箱梁的畸变,基于能量变分原理和箱梁各板件的静力平衡分析,给出优化后箱梁畸变研究的3种方法.推导出各方法研究梯形截面箱梁畸变解析计算式的普遍形式,得到相应的四阶畸变控制微分方程.对各畸变研究方法采用典型数值算例进行验证,研究结果表明:优化后的各畸变研究方法计算的畸变翘曲正应力值与文献数值相差很小,各方法之间误差最大不超过5.39%,方法2和方法3计算结果误差很小可忽略;各方法计算的矩形截面箱梁的畸变扇性坐标值均相等,梯形截面箱梁的畸变扇性坐标值则不同;畸变翘曲惯性矩和框架横向抗弯惯性矩的计算值大小与畸变分析过程有关;仅有端隔板的简支箱梁在畸变集中荷载作用下,靠近梁端的区域存在反向畸变变形.
Discrepancy of Different Distortion Research Methods in the Distortional Calculation of Thin-Walled Box Girders
To investigated the distortion of thin-walled box girder under eccentric vertical load,based on energy-variational principle and the static equilibrium analysis of each plate of the box girder,three optimized distortional analysis methods of box girder were presented.The general form of analytical formula for the distortion of trapezoidal section box girder by various methods were deduced,and the corresponding fourth-order distortion control differential equation were obtained.Typical numerical examples were used to verify the distortion research methods.The results show that the calculated values of distortion warping normal stress by the optimized distortional research methods has little difference from the literature values,the maximum error between the methods is no more than 5.39%,and the calculation error of methods 2 and 3 is very small and can be ignored.For the distortional sector coordinates value of rectangular section box girder,the values of each method are equal,while those of trapezoidal section box girder are different.The calculated values of distortional warping moment of inertia and transverse bending moment of inertia of frame depend on the distortional analysis method.Under the action of distortional concentrated load,the simply supported box girder with only end diaphragm has reverse distortional deformation near the beam end.
