基于全生命周期的建筑工程碳排放计算模型

为核算建筑全生命周期的碳排放量,将建筑生命周期分为设计阶段、物化阶段、使用维护阶段与拆除回收处理阶段,将建筑全生命周期的碳排放活动归结为能源、建筑材料、机械的碳排放,在求出每单位能源、建筑材料、机械的碳排放量的基础上,运用碳排放因子方法计算二氧化碳排放量,并给出具体计算公式,构建全生命周期碳排放核算模型。结合具体实例进行实证应用,简要分析了各阶段的碳排放量比例,为建筑业的碳排放核算研究提供参考。
The Carbon Emission Accounting Model Based on Building Lifecycle
In order to account the carbon emissions of the buildings during its whole lifecycle,this paper divides the whole life-cycle into four phases,design phase,construction phase,operation and maintenance phase,and demolition and recycle phase. The carbon emissions of life-cycle decompose into the carbon emissions of energy,materials and machinery,then the factors of energy,materials and machinery are provided. Then, this paper uses the method of energy emission factors to calculate the carbon emissions and gives the formula to build the accounting model of whole life-cycle carbon emissions. Finally, a case is used to validate the feasibility of this model and the amount of carbon emissions during each phase is analyzed. This study provides a reference for the carbon emission research in building industry.
