摘要

装配式建筑供应链韧性反映了装配式建筑项目多阶段的实体企业在面对风险变化时生存、适应和发展的能力.基于装配式建筑供应链韧性多阶段视角,构建装配式建筑供应链韧性多阶段影响因素结构体系,运用 FAHP-DEMATEL-ISM 模型对多阶段和各个因素的影响强弱和层次关系进行分析.研究发现,装配式建筑供应链韧性体现出多因素层级关联、多阶段复杂传导的特征,揭示了多阶段韧性影响关系的传导机制和多因素间的韧性影响关系,对提升装配式建筑供应链多阶段抗风险水平和管理能力有重要意义.

Abstract

Prefabricated buildings supply chain resilience reflects the ability of stakeholders to survive,adapt,and develop in the face of risk changes.From the multi-stage perspective of the prefabricated buildings supply chain,this paper constructs a structural system of influencing factors of multi-stage supply chain resilience of prefabricated buildings.The FAHP-DEMATEL-ISM model is established to analyze the influence strength and hierarchical relationship of multi-stage and individual factors.The findings show that prefabricated buildings supply chain resilience embodies the characteristics of multi-factor hierarchical correlation and multi-stage complex transmission,revealing the transmission mechanism of the multi-stage resilience impact relationship and the resilience impact relationship among multiple factors.It is of great significance to improve the level of prefabricated buildings supply chain resilience risk resistance and management capability.
