装配式项目综合效益测算,对企业了解项目效益等级,进行科学决策具有重要意义.综合考虑经济、环境、社会与安全等因素,选取工期提前、碳排放减少、预制部品产能、干扰事件防控等 20 项综合效益测算指标,通过层次分析法与熵权法对指标进行组合赋权,基于云模型构建了装配式项目综合效益测算体系,对北京某装配式项目案例进行测算与分析,并给出提升我国装配式项目综合效益水平的相关建议.结果显示,该装配式项目处于中等效益水平.
Comprehensive Benefit Calculation of Prefabricated Project Based on Cloud Model
The comprehensive benefit calculation of prefabricated projects is significant for enterprises to understand the project benefit grade and make scientific decisions.The paper comprehensively considers economic,environmental,social and security factors,and selects 20 comprehensive benefit measurement indicators,such as schedule advance,carbon emission reduction,production capacity of prefabricated parts,and prevention and control of interference events.Through AHP and entropy weight methods,the indicators are weighted,and then a comprehensive benefit measurement system of prefabricated projects is constructed based on the cloud model.The paper calculates and analyzes the case of a prefabricated project in Beijing,and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the comprehensive benefit level of prefabricated projects in China.The result shows that the prefabricated project is at the medium benefit level.
