A Study on the Risk Factors of Construction Waste Resourcing PPP Projects Based on Multi-granularity Linguistic Scale DEMATEL
To improve the risk management level of construction waste resourcing PPP projects, the risk factors of construction waste resourcing PPP projects are studied.Through the literature review and the case analysis,25 risk factors of construction waste resourcing PPP projects are identified.A new method of DEMATEL group decision-making with a multi-granularity linguistic scale is proposed. The key risk factors are identified by calculating the centrality and causality of each risk factor, and specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the key risk factors. The results show that cost overrun, lack of consumer acceptance, and policy instability are key risk factors of construction waste resourcing PPP projects, which should be paid attention to during the project process. The research findings are of great significance to the risk prevention and management of construction waste resourcing PPP projects.
