Restrictive Factors of Low-Carbon Buildings Development Based on ISM-MICMAC
To explore the constraints and interrelationships of low-carbon building development,an indicator system for low-carbon building development constraints was established, and the logical relationship between the constraints was analyzed using ISM and MICMAC.A multi-layer hierarchical structural model and a driving force dependency quadrant classification diagram were constructed. The results indicate that 1)the limiting factors for the development of low-carbon buildings can be divided into a multi-level hierarchical structure of six floors and three levels;2)the lack of innovation in production technology, shortage of technical talent, the complexity of low-carbon building construction, the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation, misconceptions about costs, and incomplete industrial chains belong to dependent groups and exhibit strong interdependencies, which are surface influencing factors and are greatly affected by other factors;3)the lack of economies of scale, incomplete relevant policies and regulations, lack of effective incentive policies, insufficient mandatory government promotion, and lack of clear evaluation standards and systems belong to independent groups and have strong driving forces, which are deep-level influencing factors and have great impacts on other factors.
