Research on Emission Reduction Decision of Construction Supply Chain Considering Carbon Emission Reduction Technology Spillover Under Carbon Trading Policy
A secondary building supply chain consisting of one general contractor and one subcontractor was established to study the emission reduction decision-making problem of building supply chain when carbon emission reduction technology spillover exists under carbon trading policy.Firstly, the emission reduction, income distribution ratio and total supply chain profit of general contractor and subcontractor under decentralized decision making, coordinated decision making and centralized decision making are obtained by inverse solution rule.Secondly, the equilibrium solutions under different decision models are compared and analyzed. The results show that under centralized decision-making,the emission reduction of general contractors and subcontractors is the highest, and the total profit of construction supply chain is the largest. In addition, the emission reduction and the total profit both will be increased with the increase of emission reduction technology spillover rate. The existence of emission reduction technology spillover effect will not completely improve the emission reduction efficiency of the supply chain. The proportion of income distribution is affected by spillover effect only in the decentralized decision-making.Finally,the correctness of the model is verified by Matlab software simulation.
