Evaluation of the Site Selection Value of Land Construction Project Through Major Construction Spoil Based on ESG Concept
To enhance the sustainability of site selection for land construction projects, the ESG concept was introduced as a decision-making basis. The value engineering framework of the site selection of land construction projects integrated with the ESG concept through major construction spoil is constructed, and the ESG functional evaluation index system for evaluating the site selection of major projects in the complex and dangerous areas of western China is proposed.Combined with the AHP method, the specific operation steps to determine the weight of each component index under ESG and the implementation of value engineering are provided, and the actual operation through a concrete case is illustrated. The introduction of the ESG concept, and the constructed functional evaluation index system, and the value engineering analysis method of site selection are helpful to improve the sustainable ability of construction spoil disposal of major projects in China, and help to promote the scientization of the site selection for land construction and the realization of ESG concept of major projects.
