Research on Driving Factors and Mechanism of Emergency Management Capability for Construction Enterprises
The uncertainty,suddenness,and complexity of construction accidents determine the importance of emergency management for construction enterprises.Based on the enterprise capability theory and task-oriented organization theory,this paper identifies the driving factors of emergency management capabilities for construction enterprises.Then,a structural equation model was used to analyze the influence path of organizational driving factors → emergency management capabilities → emergency management effectiveness of construction enterprises.The results indicate that emergency management organizational system,organizational resources,organizational leadership,organizational structure,organizational operation mechanism and organizational culture all play a driving role in emergency management capabilities.Emergency coordination capabilities and emergency support capabilities significantly affect the emergency management effectiveness of construction enterprises.Organizational leadership,organizational culture and organizational operation mechanisms are mutually causal and correlated paths.The research conclusion provides new inspiration for constructing an"organization-driven,technology-enabled"emergency management capability improvement landscape.
