Exploration on the Integration Path of Engineering Management Courses From the Perspective of Regional Culture
According to the characteristics of engineering management disciplines and related educational concepts,the new demands for the development of engineering management teaching in Chinese urbanization,industrialization,technological integration and innovation,and digital education are analyzed.It is proposed that cultivating innovative talents with modern engineering management characteristics urgently needs to be closely combined with regional culture.Regional culture follows the inherent laws of natural development,and the main line of teaching is formed by extracting the regional elements through exploring the essence of the region.Integration paths on a level-by-level basis are formed according to the flexibility linking multi-disciplinary disciplines around regional elements.Regional project practice is carried out based on teaching integrating multiple disciplines and cooperating with major educational concepts.Students are guided to abide by regional rules and use diverse technological means to construct a regional cognitive framework,and explore the path of regional innovation integration from the perspective of reality and the times.
