Effect of Relationship Quality on Cooperative Innovation Performance in BIM Based Construction Projects
Applying Building Information Modeling(BIM)and actively carrying out digital work to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is a requirement for governance modernization.This article explores the obstacles to innovation collaboration between project entities under the application of BIM based on interaction theory and dynamic capability theory.299 survey data of construction enterprises are analyzed.The results show that relationship quality has both direct and indirect positive influences on collaboration innovation performance,with the latter being mediated by information sharing quality.BIM capability enhances the effect of relationship quality on cooperative innovation performance and the mediating role of information sharing quality.
