Analysis of Human Factors in Steel Structure Construction Safety Accidents Based on Improved HFACS Model
In order to study the main man-made causes leading to the construction safety accidents of steel structure engineering,105 investigation reports on the construction safety accidents of steel structure in China since 2019 were collected and sorted out as samples,an improved HFACS model for safety accidents in steel structure construction was constructed. The frequency analysis of the contributing factors in the improved HFACS model was conducted, the correlation analysis of the contributing factors was conducted by using SPSS software, and Analytic Network Process(ANP)was used to determine the weight of each factor. The results show that:"the management defect, insufficient supervision, poor worker condition and workers'illegal operation"are the high-frequency factors leading to accidents at all levels,"management defect-violation supervision-workers'poor condition-workers'skill failure"is the main cause path of the accident, and the organizational influence layer is the key level of the accident. Some suggestions are put forward for the high frequency factor, the critical cause path and the critical cause level.
