基于改进HFACS模型的钢结构施工安全事故人因分析

为探究导致钢结构工程施工安全事故发生的主要人为原因,以收集整理我国 2019 年以来的 105 份钢结构施工安全事故调查报告为样本,构建改进的适用于钢结构施工安全事故的HFACS模型.对改进的HFACS模型中的致因因素进行频率分析,使用SPSS软件对各致因因素进行相关性分析.并利用网络层次分析法(ANP)确定各致因因素的权重.结果表明:"管理缺陷、监管不足、工人状况不佳、工人违规操作"是各层级中导致事故发生的高频因素,"管理缺陷-违规监督-工人状况不佳-工人技能失误"是导致事故发生的主要致因路径,组织影响层是导致事故发生的关键层级.针对高频因素、关键致因路径及关键致因层级分别提出预控建议.
Analysis of Human Factors in Steel Structure Construction Safety Accidents Based on Improved HFACS Model
In order to study the main man-made causes leading to the construction safety accidents of steel structure engineering,105 investigation reports on the construction safety accidents of steel structure in China since 2019 were collected and sorted out as samples,an improved HFACS model for safety accidents in steel structure construction was constructed.The frequency analysis of the contributing factors in the improved HFACS model was conducted,the correlation analysis of the contributing factors was conducted by using SPSS software,and Analytic Network Process(ANP)was used to determine the weight of each factor.The results show that:"the management defect,insufficient supervision,poor worker condition and workers'illegal operation"are the high-frequency factors leading to accidents at all levels,"management defect-violation supervision-workers'poor condition-workers'skill failure"is the main cause path of the accident,and the organizational influence layer is the key level of the accident.Some suggestions are put forward for the high frequency factor,the critical cause path and the critical cause level.
