监理质量E-旁站管理及应用研究

旁站是监理开展工作的重要方式之一,随着信息技术在土建行业的广泛应用,传统的监理旁站无论是在旁站内容的确定、旁站信息的采集与记录方式,还是在旁站信息的推送与反馈等方面都有提升和改进空间.在阐述监理质量 E-旁站的概念与管理框架的基础上,引入 POP 模型辅助确定 E-旁站内容,并对监理质量 E-旁站需要采集的信息进行分类,提出了E-旁站信息采集的要求.基于管理关系和职责,构建了E-旁站信息推送与反馈程序;设计了监理E-旁站管理APP并应用于实际工程.通过构建E-旁站管理模式,保证了监理旁站工作的及时性、有效性和可追溯性,进而提高监理旁站的工作效果.
Management and Application for Quality E-on-site Supervision
On-site supervision is a crucial method for supervisors to carry out work.Despite the widespread use of information technology in the civil engineering industry,traditional on-site supervision still has room for improvement in terms of determining the contents of on-site supervision,collection,and recording for on-site supervision information,as well as transmission and feedback of on-site supervision information.Based on elaborating the concept and management framework of quality E-on-site supervision,the POP model to assist in determining the contents of E-on-site supervision is introduced,the information that needs to be collected in the quality E-on-site supervision is categorized,and the requirements for the collection of E-on-site supervision information are put forward.Based on the management relationships and responsibilities,an information transmission and feedback program for E-on-site supervision is constructed.The E-on-site supervision management APP is designed and applied to the actual projects.By constructing the E-on-site supervision management mode,the timeliness,effectiveness,and traceability of the on-site supervision work are guaranteed,and the work effect of on-site supervision is improved.
