Quantitative Research on Testing Capabilities of Construction Engineering Testing Agencies
To quantify the testing capabilities of construction engineering testing agencies,an evaluation model based on testing parameters was established. The detection cost, detection difficulty, and computational difficulty in the detection process were defined as the"technical level"required by the agency to detect the parameter, and an evaluation indicator system of the technical level of detection parameters was constructed.Subsequently, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to determine the relative importance of each indicator, and scoring criteria were established to calculate the scores for parameter technical levels, which ranged from 1 to 4 points. The weights of the parameters were calculated using the entropy weight method, based on the number of parameters, the average value of parameters, and the sum of scores of parameters greater than 3.This resulted in the establishment of an evaluation model of the testing capabilities of construction engineering testing agencies. Finally, the evaluation results of 10 construction engineering testing agencies of different scales were compared with the actual situation to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation model. The research findings provide a robust and effective means for the quantitative evaluation of the testing capabilities of construction engineering testing agencies.
