摘要
对装配式桥梁数字建造的体系化研究,提出基于BIM+GIS+IoT的装配式桥梁全过程数字建造体系,将数字建造过程总体划分为四大阶段,包括三维设计、数字生产、智慧运输、智能拼装,通过精细化BIM建模进行装配式桥梁三维设计,应用数字生产理念和构件成套生产工艺进行装配式桥梁预制构件工厂化生产,利用以 GIS 和 IoT 为核心的智慧运输提供构件全流程智慧运输管控,基于IoT智能拼装将拼装技术与数字建造深度融合,助力桥梁工程领域实现装配式桥梁数字建造.
Abstract
Based on the systematic study of digital construction of assembled bridges,an overall system of digital construction of the whole process of assembled bridges based on BIM+GIS+IoT is proposed.The digital construction process is divided into four stages,including the three-dimensional design,digital production,intelligent transportation and intelligent assembly.The three-dimensional design of assembled bridges is carried out through fine BIM modeling.The digital production concept and component complete production process are applied to the factory production of prefabricated components of assembled bridges.The intelligent transportation body with GIS and IoT as the core is used to provide intelligent transportation control of the whole process of components.Based on IoT intelligent assembly,this research supports realizing the digital construction of prefabricated bridges in the field of bridge engineering.
