Research on Quality Management Influencing Factors for Prefabricated Building Under the Context of Intelligent Construction
To enhance the quality of intelligent construction and comply with relevant policy, this study identifies critical factors that influence the quality of prefabricated buildings. These factors are classified into four categories:resource integration, information transmission, process operations, and the application of intelligent technology.A structured model for managing quality in prefabricated buildings was developed through the utilization of survey questionnaires to gather sample data and the employment of structural equation modeling through AMOS software. The objective of this model is to elucidate the key factors and influence pathways that impact the quality of prefabricated buildings within the realm of intelligent construction and to propose strategies for quality enhancement based on these insights. The findings demonstrate that information transmission, process operations, and the application of intelligent technology exert a significant direct and aggregate influence on quality management. In addition, resource integration plays a pivotal role through its indirect effects on these influence pathways. The findings provide essential references for decision-making in the context of smart construction for intelligent construction regarding quality management.
