Study on the Evolutionary Game of Incentive Strategies for Green Procurement in the Construction Market
To achieve China's'dual carbon'goal and realize modernization with harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature, green development has become an inevitable trend.Green procurement is a crucial aspect of achieving green development in the construction market. To analyze green procurement incentive strategies in the construction market,an evolutionary game model involving three parties—the construction project owner, the construction enterprise and the government—is constructed based on evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary stable strategies are analyzed, and Matlab numerical simulations are utilized to explore the effects of different subsidy and penalty parameters on the evolutionary stable strategies, revealing the mechanism of government incentive strategies. The study indicates the following:the government should emphasize subsidies in the early stage and focus on penalties in the later stage;the effectiveness of subsidies on construction companies is greater than on project owners;the effectiveness of penalties on project owners is greater than on construction companies. Finally, recommendations are provided for government incentive strategies for green procurement in the construction market to facilitate the green development of the construction industry.
