装配式建筑碳排放影响因素及减排路径研究:基于改进的DEMATEL-ISM方法

选取 20 个具有代表性的装配式建筑碳排放影响因素,运用多元化、多渠道、多群体问询的调查问卷法及最大类间方差法确定阈值对DEMATEL-ISM方法进行改进,基于该方法构建出中心度-原因度散点图和层次解释结构图,明确了装配式建筑碳排放影响因素在整个系统中的地位及各因素之间的影响关系.依据层次解释结构图并结合实际情况,构建出两条装配式建筑碳减排路径,为装配式建筑减排工作的实施提供参考.
Research on Influencing Factors and Emission Reduction Paths of Prefabricated Buildings:Based on Improved DEMATEL-ISM Method
Twenty representative factors affecting carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings were selected,and the threshold was determined by using the questionnaire method of diversified,multi-channel and multi-group inquiry and the maximum inter-class variance method to improve the DEMATEL-ISM method.Useing this method,the central-reason scatter chart and hierarchical interpretation structure chart were constructed.The positions of influencing factors in the system and the relationships between these factors were clarified..Finally,two emission reduction pathways were developed based on the hierarchical structure diagram and real-life scenarios,providing a reference for implementing emission reduction strategies in prefabricated buildings.
