动态能力视角下全过程工程咨询服务能力提升机制研究

在动态能力的视角下,探讨企业利用式学习、探索式学习、协调整合能力、重组转型能力及全过程工程咨询服务能力之间的作用关系.基于动态能力理论,结合中国工程咨询企业的调查数据,采用SEM-NCA实证得出:利用式学习、探索式学习、协调整合能力及重组转型能力是全过程工程咨询服务能力提升的必要条件;利用式学习、探索式学习与重组转型能力对全过程工程咨询服务能力提升具有显著的正向影响;协调整合能力对全过程工程咨询服务能力提升的影响并不显著.研究结果可以帮助工程咨询企业更好地进行业务结构调整和转型,进而提高企业全过程工程咨询服务能力.
Research on the Mechanism of Enhancing the Capability of Whole-process Engineering Consulting Service From the Perspective of Dynamic Capability
We investigated the relationship between utilized learning and exploratory learning,coordination and integration,restructuring and transformation,and whole process engineering consulting services capabilities of enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.It was empirically derived using SEM-NCA and was based on the dynamic capability theory together with survey data of Chinese engineering consulting firms:exploratory learning,coordination and integration capability and enhancing the capacity of whole-process engineering consulting services requires the possession of restructuring and transformation capabilities;utilized learning,exploratory learning and restructuring and transformation capability have a significant positive effect on the enhancement of the capability of whole-process engineering consulting services;and coordination and integration capability does not have a significant effect on the enhancement of the capability of whole-process engineering consulting services.The study's findings can assist engineering consulting firms in better restructuring and transforming their businesses,which will enhance their capacity to offer whole-process engineering consulting services.
