摘要
为推动工程咨询企业顺利转型升级提升自身服务能力,实现高质量发展,运用WSR系统方法论构建全过程工程咨询服务能力评价指标体系,采用博弈论思想对G1 法确定的主观权重和改进CRITIC法计算的客观权重进行最优组合得到综合权重.建立云模型实现定性与定量的相互转化,得到企业服务能力综合评价结果.并以YH工程咨询公司为例,利用该模型进行了能力评估与分析,证实了该评价体系的有效性和实用性,为全面评估企业全过程工程咨询服务能力提供了可靠的参考框架.
Abstract
In order to facilitate the smooth transition and improvement of engineering consulting companies,enhance their service capabilities,and achieve high-quality development,a comprehensive evaluation index system for whole-process engineering consulting service capabilities is constructed using the WSR(Physics-Logic-People)methodology.The subjective weights determined by the G1 method and the objective weights calculated by the improved CRITIC method are optimally combined using game theory principles to obtain comprehensive weights.A cloud model is established to facilitate the conversion between qualitative and quantitative aspects,resulting in comprehensive evaluation results for the company's service capabilities..Finally,taking YH Engineering Consulting Company as an example,the model was used for capability assessment and analysis,confirming the evaluation system's effectiveness and practicality.It provides a reliable reference framework for assessing the overall engineering consulting service capabilities of enterprises.
