摘要
为探究影响建筑企业绩效的外显特征,基于资源基础理论,全面分析建筑企业的核心活动和运营方式、组织形式、管理模式、企业背景与绩效之间的内在联系.通过对2018-2023年期间进步明显与退步明显的两组建筑企业样本对比分析,发现了两组建筑企业在建筑业务类型、管理的决策层级、企业的资质等级等诸多方面不同于直觉的实证结论,而在所有制形式、公司规模、地域特点等方面无明显差异.
Abstract
In order to explore the external characteristics that affect the performance of construction enterprises,based on the resource-based theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal relationship between the core activities and operation methods,organizational forms,management models,corporate background and performance of construction enterprises.Through comparative analysis of two groups of construction company samples,one with obvious progress and the other with obvious regression during the period 2018-2023,it was found that the two groups of construction companies had empirical conclusions that were different from intuition in many aspects such as construction business type,management decision-making level,and enterprise qualification level,but there were no obvious differences in ownership form,company size,and regional characteristics.
