Discussion on the Feasibility of Fire Engineering as a Sub Project of Unit Engineering
At present,the government supervision system of fire engineering quality is still immature,the supervision quality and efficiency need to be further improved,and the top-level design needs further innovation.Based on the theory of"streamline the government,delegate power,and improve government services"reform and its practice in the construction field,the feasibility and necessity of positioning fire engineering as one of the sub-projects of a unit project has been proven and interpreted by sorting out the problems in the quality supervision system of fire engineering,analyzing its characteristics,and the logical relationship with the current quality of other projects;The positioning of fire engineering as one of the sub-projects of a unit project helps to consolidate the fire safety responsibilities of relevant parties,optimizes the role of the government in it,and improves the effectiveness of fire engineering quality supervision.Based on the conclusion that fire engineering is a sub-project,significant adjustments to relevant systems have been proposed,such as placing fire engineering acceptance before project completion acceptance,and adjusting the government's responsibility for"fire acceptance"to"fire acceptance supervision".
