基于熊彼特创新理论和内生增长理论,构建考虑技术内生的动态随机一般均衡(Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium)模型,引入数字基础设施的两项冲击,通过参数校准和数值模拟,遵循"影响效应-传导机制-差异成因"的内在逻辑,揭示数字基础设施对不同区域技术创新与经济发展的作用规律.结果发现:数字基础设施对技术创新具有显著的驱动效应,其技术创新效应在中西部相对较强;驱动效应的传导路径具有区域差异:在东部主要由资本要素传导,在中西部主要由劳动要素传导;差异的可能成因包括客观资源禀赋不同导致的内源性差异、要素聚集规模不同导致的传导性差异和冲击作用时效不同导致的程度差异.研究为协调数字基础设施与创新资源配置、缩小区域发展差距提供理论和现实依据.
Identifying Regional Heterogeneity in Digital Infrastructure Impacting Technological Innovation:Numerical Simulation Based on a DSGE Model
A dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model incorporating endogenous technology is constructed based on Schumpeter's innovation theory and endogenous growth theory.The results indicate that digital infrastructure significantly drives technological innovation,with the strongest effect observed in the central region for technological innovation and in the eastern region for economic development.There are regional differences in the transmission paths of the driving effect,which is mainly transmitted by the capital in the eastern region but by the labor in the central and western regions.The possible causes of differences include endogenous differences due to resource endowments,conductive differences due to scales of factor aggregation,and degree differences due to timescales of impacts.
