摘要
超低能耗建筑因强调结果导向,运维管理就更显必要.运行策略的关键在于各系统实现联动控制,而室内环境和能耗监测系统能够发挥记录、反馈的作用,不断寻优得出的运行策略可以进一步提升建筑的节能效果,同时不能忽视行为节能的影响.通过对典型案例运行成果的分析,较为系统地提出了以关键技术、实施路径、主要成果等内容构成的运维体系,为同类型超低能耗建筑的运行维护提供参考.
Abstract
Given the emphasis on result orientation,operation and maintenance management of ultra-low energy buildings are crucial.The key to the operation strategy is achieving linkage control of each system.The indoor environment and energy consumption monitoring system can record and provide feedback.Continuous optimization of the operation strategy can further enhance the building's energy-saving effect,while considering the impact of behavioral energy saving.Through the analysis of the operating results of typical cases,a relatively systematic operation and maintenance system consisting of key technologies,implementation paths,main results,etc.was proposed to provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of similar ultra-low energy consumption buildings.
