摘要
采用系统性文献综述方法,对工程项目组织间冲突研究领域 94 篇中英文高质量期刊文献进行分析.研究发现:以项目合作期冲突整体为研究对象的文献,重点探讨了不同类型冲突及不同管理行为的前因与作用结果;以冲突事件为研究对象的文献,重点探讨了冲突事件特征的影响效应、冲突事件管理行为的前因与影响效应、冲突事件展开过程.从研究对象界定、研究视角选择与管理对策建议3个维度分析了现有研究存在的不足,并提出未来需要从过程机理揭示、网络形成演化、事中事后管控与研究方法拓展等方面,进一步研究组织间冲突这一复杂现象,进而完善工程项目冲突管理理论.
Abstract
This study conducts a systematic literature review with 94 articles centering on inter-organizational construction conflicts,published in high-quality Chinese and English journals.It is found that studies focusing on conflicts during the project cooperation period explore the antecedents and consequences of different types of conflicts as well as various conflict management behaviors.Literature viewing the conflict as an event explores the impact of conflict event characteristics,antecedents and consequences of conflict management behaviors,and the unfolding process of a conflict event.Then,the shortcomings of previous studies are analyzed from concept definition,perspective selection and management implications.Finally,it is suggested that future studies should further explore the complex inter-organizational conflict phenomenon from four aspects:revealing conflict process mechanisms,exploring conflict network formation and evolution,formulating management interventions during and after the conflict,and extending research methods.Through these efforts,inter-organizational conflict management theory could be enriched.
