摘要
为探究影响数字孪生技术在建筑工程项目中应用的因素,在文献研究和专家访谈基础上运用扎根理论(GT)建立起影响因素指标体系,并通过层次分析-决策实验和评价试验法(AHP-DEMATEL)对建筑工程项目数字孪生技术应用影响因素进行分析.结果表明:17 项因素中,数字孪生成熟度、支撑数字孪生的技术基础、数字孪生功能、技术应用成本、技术应用后的效益和项目目标是建筑工程项目数字孪生技术应用的关键影响因素.研究结论可为推动数字孪生技术在建筑工程项目中的应用提供策略参考.
Abstract
In order to explore the factors affecting the application of digital twin technology in construction engineering projects,grounded theory(GT)was used to establish an index system of influencing factors based on literature research and expert interviews.Through the Analytical Hierarchy Process-Decision Experiment and Evaluation Experiment Method(AHP)-DEMATEL)analyzes the factors influencing the application of digital twin technology in construction engineering projects.The results show that among the 17 factors,digital twin maturity,technical foundation supporting digital twins,digital twin functions,technology application costs,benefits after technology application,and project goals are the key influencing factors for the application of digital twin technology in construction engineering projects.The research conclusions can provide strategic reference for promoting the application of digital twin technology in construction engineering projects.
