摘要
当前,国内关于装配式建筑的研究主要集中在技术框架、标准制定以及影响因素分析上,而针对装配式建筑行业发展水平的全面评估尚显不足.鉴于我国装配式建筑正步入快速发展阶段,构建一个科学的发展水平评价体系,有助于发现发展过程中的不足,并及时有效地做出调整,推进装配式建筑行业的可持续发展.基于与装配式建筑相契合的 OPM3 成熟度模型和装配式建筑的特点,构建了装配式建筑行业发展成熟度模型,其中包含 7个一级指标和 30个二级指标.在此基础上,选取昆明市为例,对其装配式建筑行业发展成熟度进行评价,发现昆明市装配式建筑工程建设成熟度等级为"成长级",存在市场机制不健全、指标体系不完善、监管不严格,缺乏专业人才和行业认知度低等问题,根据这些问题给出提升昆明市装配式建筑行业发展成熟度的相关建议.
Abstract
With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China,evaluating the development level of the prefabricated building industry is essential to identify shortcomings in the development process,make timely and effective adjustments,and promote the sustainable development of the prefabricated building industry.Based on the OPM3 maturity model,which is compatible with the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,a tailored maturity model for the development of the prefabricated building industry was constructed,including 7 primary indicators and 30 secondary indicators.On this basis,Kunming was selected as an example to evaluate the development maturity of its prefabricated building industry,in order to verify the maturity model and provide relevant suggestions to enhance the development maturity of Kunming's prefabricated building industry.
