Integrated Development of Ultra-low Energy Consumption Buildings and Green Buildings
Under the guidance of the national dual-carbon major strategic deployment, whether it is from the perspective of energy conservation and carbon reduction or the internal demand of the market,ultra-low energy consumption buildings and green buildings need to learn from each other, promote each other, and empower each other to achieve integrated development. This paper compared and analyzed the differences between the two in terms of policy level, main contents, evaluation methods, energy saving and other aspects, and proposed that green technology strategies, indoor health indicators,energy-saving technical means, acceptance methods and strategic operation and maintenance should learn from each other, and analyzed the feasibility of composite standards from two aspects of scoring and cost combined with real-life project case,so as to provide reference for the integrated development of the two.
