Research on Passive Building Promotion Strategy From the Perspective of Four-Party Game
As one of the main development trends in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the promotion and application of passive buildings can effectively reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry and help realize the goal of sustainable development of the construction industry.To improve the effect of promoting the application of passive buildings,the government,developers,material suppliers and consumers are selected as the game subjects to construct a passive building promotion game model,and the stability analysis and simulation analysis of the model are carried out to investigate the influence of the relevant parameter changes on the promotion effect.The results show that:increasing the tax increment for developers and suppliers and consumer subsidies is an effective way to promote the application of passive buildings;increasing the policy and publicity costs to accelerate the promotion of passive buildings is undesirable;and decreasing the incremental costs will effectively promote the promotion of passive buildings in the long run.Accordingly,this research provides a reference for the government to formulate a more effective incentive promotion strategy.
