基于演化博弈的PC构件供应链协同策略分析

为提高装配式建筑PC构件供应链协同发展水平,构建了原材料供应商和PC构件生产商双方演化博弈模型,并应用 Matlab 对双方演化博弈路径及关键参数的敏感性进行仿真分析.结果表明,政府提供的优惠补贴及交易成本降低系数等政策措施均对PC构件供应链协同发展具有正向作用;博弈双方的合作成本对PC构件供应链协同发展具有反向作用;额外效益分配系数对其中一方的协同发展具有正向作用,对另一方的协同发展则起着反作用.据此提出促进PC构件供应链协同发展的相关策略.
Analysis of Collaborative Strategies in PC Component Supply Chain Based on Evolutionary Game Theory
This research aims to enhance the collaborative development level of PC component supply chain for assembled buildings.An evolutionary game model was constructed for both raw material suppliers and PC component manufacturers,and Matlab was applied to simulate and analyze the evolutionary game paths of both parties and the sensitivity of key parameters.The analysis results show that the policy measures such as preferential subsidies provided by the government and transaction cost reduction coefficients have a positive effect on the collaborative development of PC component supply chain.Conversely,the cooperation costs for both parties negatively impact the collaborative development.Additionally,the coefficients of extra benefit distribution positively affect the collaborative development for one party,while negatively affecting the other.Accordingly,the relevant strategies to promote the collaborative development of PC component supply chain are proposed.
