A G1-CVA-MIE Based Research on the Quality of Insurance Rates of Potential Defects in Housing Construction
This paper took residential engineering as the research object, analyzed the factors that affect IDI rate, divided it into three aspects:the characteristics of the project and insurance, the comprehensive ability of the participants and the potential defect risk of the quality at each stage of the project construction.A three-level evaluation system with 57 indicators was established. In addition,G1-CVA-MIE method was used to calculate index weights, and matte-element extension method is used to classify indexes. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the basic rate and adjustment coefficient were determined, and the value of the multiplication of the two is the pure insurance rate. The feasibility of the model was verified by a practical case study, and several suggestions were put forward for policyholders, insurers and the government in order to provide a new framework for the IDI rate determination.
