With the advancement of urban renewal projects, people have found that the projects'governance relying solely on the government is not inadequate. The new mode of multi-stakeholder collaborative participation in governance has become the current new governance pattern.Urban renewal projects will have different project tasks at different stages, and may encounter different conflicts involving different interest subjects. The government, developers, owners of original property and other subjects also have different roles and functions in the process of collaborative governance. Therefore, based on the perspective of power, this research used methods such as 3D modeling, text analysis, and grounded theory to integrate governance stakeholders and issues into a unified framework to establish a collaborative governance mechanism for urban renewal projects, which was based on internal coordination mechanism and supported by external guarantee mechanism.Internal coordination mechanism can achieve internal collaboration from four ways:strengthening existing relationships, establishing new relationships, forming alliances, and enhancing communication.External guarantee mechanism can provide external support from three aspects:policies and regulations, system construction and the introduction of external organizations. The paper offers valuable reference for the collaborative governance of urban renewal.
