行业需求——实践教学匹配对工程管理人才创新能力的影响

为培育拔尖创新型工程管理人才,推动建筑业形成新质生产力,促进中国从建造大国迈向建造强国,从行业需求与实践教学的匹配视角出发,建立工程管理人才创新能力影响因素假设模型,运用结构方程模型探讨课程内容、实践基地、师资队伍、就业环境与创新能力间的相互作用关系.结果表明:就业环境对工程管理人才创新能力的影响最强,课程内容的影响较弱,师资队伍的直接影响最显著.此外,就业情况的评价与认可、师生间的交流互动、健全的校企合作机制是影响创新能力的关键二级指标.研究结果可为各高校工程管理专业人才创新能力的培养提供新思路和新建议.
Industry Demand Practice Teaching Matching on Innovation Ability of Engineering Management Personnels
This research aims to train top-notch and innovative engineering management personnels,promote the formation of new quality productivity in the construction industry,and facilitate China's progress from a large construction country to a strong construction country.A hypothetical model was established to analyze the factors influencing the innovation ability of engineering management personnels from the perspective of matching industry demand and practical teaching and used structural equation modelling to explore the interactions among course content,practice base,faculty and employment environment and innovation ability.The results show that employment environment has the strongest influence on the innovation ability of engineering management personnels,course content has a weaker influence,and faculty has the most significant direct influence.In addition,evaluation and recognition of employment situation,communication and interactions between teachers and students and sound university-enterprise cooperation mechanism are the key secondary indicators affecting innovation ability.The results of the study can provide new ideas and suggestions for the cultivation of innovation ability of engineering management professionals in universities.
