建筑业新质生产力发展水平动态演进及障碍因子分析:以我国北方地区为例

在新质生产力理论提出和建筑业高质量发展的背景下,阐述了建筑业新质生产力的理论内涵并从新质人才资源、新质生产方式和新质劳动资料 3 个维度构建了建筑业新质生产力发展水平综合评价指标体系.基于 2013-2022 年数据,采用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数法、Kernel密度、探索性空间数据分析、障碍因子诊断模型等方法,探讨我国北方地区 15个省市建筑业新质生产力发展水平动态演进特征及阻碍其发展的影响因素.研究发现:我国北方地区建筑业新质生产力发展水平呈现梯度上升的趋势;区域间差距是造成北方地区建筑业新质生产力差异的主要原因;影响我国北方地区建筑业新质生产力发展水平一级指标障碍度排序为新质生产方式>新质劳动资料>新质人才资源.鉴于此,提出了探寻建筑业新质生产力发展新路径的建议.
Analysis of the Dynamic Evolution and Obstacle Factors of the Development Level of New Quality Productive Forces in the Construction Industry:Taking the Case of China's Northern Region as An Example
Based on the in-depth analysis of the theoretical connotation of the new quality productivity in the construction industry,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of new quality productive forces of the construction industry from three dimensions of new quality human resources,new quality production methods and new quality labor materials,and based on the data from 2013 to 2022,the entropy value method,Dagum Gini coefficient method,kernel density,exploratory spatial data analysis,obstacle factor diagnosis model and other methods were used.The dynamic evolution characteristics of the development level of new quality productive forces of the construction industry was discussed and the influencing factors hindering its development in 15 provinces in northern China were analyzed.The results show that the development level of new quality productive forces in the construction industry has a steady upward trend.The regional gap is the main reason for the difference in the new quality productive forces of the construction industry in northern China.The sequence from the largest to the smallest of first-level indicators affecting the development level of new quality productive forces of the construction industry in northern China could be ranked as new quality production methods,new quality labor materials and new quality human resources.In view of this,some suggestions are put forward to explore a new path for the development of new quality productivity in the construction industry.
