摘要

为准确测度建筑业绿色发展水平,基于绿色发展的内涵,运用DPSIR模型构建建筑业绿色发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS评价方法和障碍度模型测算建筑业的绿色发展水平.识别不同时期阻碍建筑业绿色发展的障碍因子,并以山东省为例进行实证分析,据此提出相关对策建议.研究表明:2013-2022 年,山东省建筑业绿色发展水平呈整体上升趋势,其评价指数从 0.306 上升至 0.649,绿色发展水平由较低提升至较高水平;现阶段影响山东省建筑业绿色发展的主要障碍因素为建筑业产值利润率、建筑业能源消费量、建筑业企业资产负债率等.

Abstract

To accurately measure the green development level of the construction industry,this study constructed an evaluation index system based on the connotation of green development using the DPSIR model.The entropy-weighted TOPSIS evaluation method and obstacle degree model were employed to assess the green development level of the construction industry and identify the factors hindering its green development during different periods.An empirical analysis was conducted using Shandong Province as a study case.Based on the findings,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.The research indicates that the green development level of Shandong Province's construction industry during 2013-2022 shows an overall upward trend,with the evaluation index increasing from 0.306 to 0.649,indicating a shift from a relatively low to a higher level of green development.Currently,the main obstacles affecting the green development of Shandong Province's construction industry are the profit margin of construction industry output,energy consumption in the construction industry,and the asset-liability ratio of construction enterprises.
