摘要
围绕业主驱动的全过程工程咨询(简称全咨)实施过程,探讨了BIM技术在其中的价值实现.分析了BIM技术与全咨之间的关系,从系统集成理论和全生命周期理论视角,论述BIM技术应用在全咨模式中的重要作用.进行价值分析,从业主利用BIM技术和采用全咨模式两个方面探讨其价值点.通过案例剖析某区域物流中心建设项目的特点、目标及项目取得的绩效,包括降低成本、节省工期和人才智库的建立.强调业主应采用系统集成视角利用 BIM技术与全咨模式实现项目价值最大化,并提出了相应的建议,为业主在全咨实施中应用BIM技术提供理论和实践指导.
Abstract
This paper focused on the implementation of the whole-process engineering consulting driven by the project owner,the value realization of BIM technology over the process was discussed.This paper analyzed the relationship between BIM technology and consulting services,and pointed out the important role of the application of BIM technology in the whole process consulting mode from the view of system integration and full life cycle theory.The value analysis was carried out to discuss the value brought by the owner using BIM technology and adopting the whole-process consulting mode.A case study was conducted to r analyze the general situation,characteristics,and objectives of a construction project of tobacco regional logistics and distribution center,and the project performance including cost reduction,time saving and the establishment of talent intelligence center was clarified.From the system integration perspective,using BIM technology and the whole-process consulting mode could maximize the project value for the project owners.Relevant suggestions are proposed to apply BIM technology in the implementation of the whole-process engineering consulting as theoretical and practical guidance for the owners.
