摘要
在竞争激烈的市场环境中,选择合适的项目并有效调配资源对组织的战略发展至关重要.分析了动态协同效益在项目组合选择和调度中的作用,并通过系统动力学建立了相应的评估模型.结合项目组合效益和协同效益之间的关系提出了优化模型,旨在平衡最大化项目组合效益和最小化风险,从而优化项目选择和调度过程.这一模型为企业在制定项目组合选择和调度策略时提供了有效的决策工具和支持.
Abstract
In a competitive market environment,selecting appropriate projects and effectively deploying resources are crucial for an organization's strategic development.In this paper,the role of dynamic synergy benefits in project portfolio selection and scheduling was firstly investigated,and a corresponding assessment model was developed through system dynamics.Subsequently,an optimization model was proposed in conjunction with the relationship between project portfolio benefits and synergy benefits,in order to balance maximizing project portfolio benefits and minimizing risks so as to optimize the project selection and scheduling process.This model provides an effective decision-making tool and support for companies in developing project portfolio selection and scheduling strategies.
