摘要

高质量的既有建筑加固改造项目是城市更新的必然趋势,经济性及模式选择是实现其高质量发展的关键环节.基于价值工程理论分析了既有建筑加固改造项目的经济性,构建以设计为主导的既有建筑加固改造项目"设计采购施工总承包(EPC)+全过程工程咨询"模式.并以昆明市某办公楼加固改造项目为例,对既有建筑加固改造项目的经济性进行了分析,验证了该理论与方法的可行性和实用性,为未来既有建筑加固改造项目的经济性分析和模式选择提供一定的参考和借鉴.

Abstract

High-quality existing building reinforcement transformation project is the inevitable trend of urban renewal,and economy and mode selection are the key links to realize its high-quality development.Based on the theory of value engineering,this paper analyzed the economy of existing building reinforcement and reconstruction projects,and the mode of design procurement construction contract(EPC)+whole process engineering consultation for existing building reinforcement and reconstruction project was constructed.Taking an office building reinforcement project in Kunming as an example,the economy of the existing building reinforcement project was clarified,and the feasibility and practicability of the theory and method were verified.The conclusions provide some reference for the economic analysis and mode selection of the existing building reinforcement and reconstruction projects in the future.
