Research on the Obstacles Factors of Digital Transformation about Construction Enterprises:Taking Jiangsu Province as An Example
In order to promote the digital transformation of construction enterprises,firstly,the research method of rooted theory is applied to identify 13 obstacle factors to the digital transformation of construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province,which involve five levels:personnel,technology,management,economy and policy.Second,a hierarchical model of the obstacle factors of digital transformation of construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province is constructed through the DEMATEL-ISM method,which is divided into surface obstacle factors,deep obstacle factors and root obstacle factors.The results show that the key obstacles to digital transformation of construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province include:lack of digital talents,insufficient management support,lack of clear strategy,lack of obvious return on investment,lack of specialized funds,and lack of policy regulations.Key root cause obstacle factors,including insufficient management support and lack of policy regulations.Finally,specific countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of government departments,industry associations and construction enterprises to promote the digital transformation of construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
