Preparation and performance study of PBAT based biodegradable adhesive tape
PBAT/PLA/wollastonite fiber composite material was prepared using biodegradable resin polybutylene terephthalate(PBAT),polylactic acid(PLA),and wollastonite fiber as the main raw materials.Using this com-posite material as the raw material,a PBAT based biodegradable substrate layer was prepared using a blowing film process.Three types of pressure-sensitive adhesives were selected to investigate the effect of different coating thick-nesses on the initial adhesion and other properties of the tape, and wet heat aging experiments were conducted,Ex-amine the impact of environmental factors on tape materials. The research results indicate that environmentally friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive has the best overall effect, with a coating thickness of 20 μm,the 180° peel strength is 4.92 N/cm,and the initial adhesion reaches grade 18,which far exceeds the industry standard require-ments.
