Solid phase extraction and GC-MS detection of trace benzo(a)pyrene in coking wastewater
In order to solve the problem of excessive trace benzo(a)pyrene content in coking wastewater,high-precision detection of benzo(a)pyrene content is required.Based on this, this paper uses solid-phase extraction to extract benzo(a)pyrene and establishes an analysis process using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Firstly,1%organic modifier hydroxymethane was added to the water sample of benzo(a)pyrene, and then purified by sol-id-phase extraction, followed by elution with CH2Cl2.Finally,GC-MS analysis was conducted using nitrogen injec-tion concentration method and constant volume method. This method has high accuracy and precision, and can be used for the quantitative detection of trace amounts of benzo(a)pyrene in coking wastewater,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
